How to Prepare Your Pet
- Ensure food and fresh water are easily accessible.

Policies
I want to make caring for your pet's as seamless and stress-free as possible for you. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about my policies, expectations, and commitment to providing exceptional care.
Bookings
- New clients must schedule a free meet-and-greet at least 48 hours before the first visit.
- Bookings are confirmed once a 25% deposit is received.
- Please schedule holidays at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Emergencies
- Ruby is trained in pet first aid; minor issues will be treated and reported immediately.
- In a medical crisis, I will transport your pet to your preferred vet or nearest emergency clinic.
- Owners must provide active emergency contact info and vet release forms.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.
- Same-day 'no-shows' are non-refundable to cover provider travel.
Pet Requirements
- All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations (documentation required).
- Disclose any history of aggression or severe triggers during the meet-and-greet.
- Pets must be flea and tick free at the time of service.

How do I schedule a visit?
Booking is simple! Just click 'Get in Touch' to send a request. I will set up a quick meet-and-greet to ensure that I am the perfect fit for your pet's routine.
What happens during a visit?
Each visit includes fresh water, feeding, exercise (if needed), and plenty of undivided attention. You'll receive a GPS tracking update and a photo log after every session.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand plans change! Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. This helps me manage my schedule and care for as many pets as possible.
What are your service rates?
Each service is tailored to your pet's specific needs and duration. All estimated service rates are provided in my "Service Details" but of course pricing will vary.
Do you handle reactive pets?
Absolutely. With years of veterinary hospital experience and rescue experience, I specialize in low-stress handling for timid or reactive pets, ensuring they feel safe and respected throughout.
